This is a rebuilding year for us as we had to rehab some old raised beds. Expected crop/product should include all of your (our) favorite hot pepper jellies!
**Processed under the Cottage Kitchen Laws so we cannot ship. Products can only be sold out of home or farmer's markets. We will update at what markets we plan to attend once we start getting produce out in the gardens!
Last years favorites:
     Jalapeno
     Habanero
     Cayenne
     Hungarian Wax
     Peach Habanero
Hoping to add this year dependent on crop:
     RED Habanero
     Ghost Pepper
     Reaper
     Thai Chili
Other Products that should be in full swing again:
     Medium and Hot Salsas
Pickles of all sorts! Last years customer favorites: Kosher Dill, Garlic Dill, and Bread and Butter
     Hot Pepper Relish
     Sweet Relish

Wish us luck and great weather (and good fish tank water ;-) )
