Shrink Wrap Bags
Go with the bigger size, if doing cornish cross, never know if you'll have to miss your intended dispatch date and those suckers just won't fit in the smaller bags. The bags will shrink to a smaller bird.

We recommend this plucker. Any issues we've had with it, the company was available immediately to trouble shoot with us. This particular link says it comes with a lung tool - keep that in mind before ordering it separately!
Super Sharp Knives
These do the job, but all knives do require a good sharpen. This set comes with a steel.

Legally speaking these labels have all the correct information on them if you are selling your birds. This company allows you to customize the labels with your farm name, address, telephone number, etc.
